"We worked with Greg at Richfield for our wedding and he was fantastic!! I really didn't know a whole lot about flowers and I hadn't made very many decisions at my first appointment but Greg wasn't bothered by that at all. My next meeting I brought a few photos I'd found online that I was inspired by and that was it. I didn't know what to expect (although I knew it'd be good because Richfield had done both my sisters' weddings), and I was blown away! My flowers were so incredibly gorgeous! They were beautifully put together, bright and fresh. I was so thankful to have had the opportunity to have Greg do them. He was also very knowledgeable about our venue (Minnesota History Center) and ceremony location. Based on his recommendation, we ordered some lit birch trees as decor for the reception and they were so beautiful and romantic. I'm so happy we had them. I also didn't want to go overboard and spend a ton of money on centerpieces. Greg did a fantastic job making them look so full and beautiful. "Richfield Flowers and Events was an amazing help in organizing this wedding! We went in on a budget... planning just flowers and a few modest centerpieces. The coordinator was so helpful in suggesting types of flowers that would be beautiful as well as inexpensive. I had no idea what types of flowers I wanted... just a few colors in mind. It didn't seem to matter that I had no experience with flowers because there were many recommendations and suggestions given! We had two types of centerpieces: flower arrangements or glass cylinders that had strings of flowers floating in them. The glass cylinder idea was inexpensive and I had many compliments on them during the wedding! At first we only selected flowers for family/bridal party and then our decorations for the reception. We later decided to have Richfield Flowers and Events do drapery for the ceiling at the reception site. I loved the way it looked and they agreed to do only half the amount of drapery to save a little money. Actually the drapery they ended up doing was even more beautiful than having full drapery! They were really willing to work with us to make it as beautiful as possible... and they respected our wish to keep the expense down. It was great that we could just leave at the end of the night and no one had to clean up anything... all the decorations and draping was taken down by Richfield Flowers and Events!
